Saturday November 10 - CWL Blanket Execersise
All are invited to our parish hall on Saturday November 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. to raise awareness of what our Indigenous sisters and brothers have and are still living through a blanket exercise, animated by Brian McDonough, former director of the Social Action Office of the Archdiocese of Montreal. Celebration of Hope: Sunday November 4
If you have a loved one who died within the past year, we are having a celebration Sunday Nov. 4th at 11 a.m. where we light candles and also have a photo homage in remembrance of these people. Please bring in or email a picture of the deceased and let us know if you will be able to attend to bring up a candle to the Altar, no later than Tuesday October 30th, to Dawn.
Parish Vitality Conference
before your fall agenda fills up…
Consider registering for the 2018 Parish Vitality Conference “Leading the Way Together”, to be held at Loyola High School, Nov. 16 & 17. Headlining the conference is Fr. James Mallon, who will explore the different ways we can all work together in paving a path of renewal for our own parishes, centred on growing as missionary and life-giving communities. In addition to delivering the keynote address, the author of “Divine Renovation: From A Maintenance To A Missional Parish” will also give a free talk to priests on Friday morning at Villa Saint Martin.
