Christmas Concert Sing-Along and Bake Sale
Featuring the children of our Faith First Program. There will be a bake sale and a raffle. Doors will open at 2:00 pm.

Ste Genevieve United Church  4697 Boul. St Jean, D.D.O. are holding our Annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday November 18th between 10am - 2pm.  You will find Ye Olde Curio Shoppe, Knitted Goods, Private Vendors, Baked Goods, Lunchroom, Candy, Draws.

November 24: Elder Law & You!
Do you have questions about living wills, power of attorney, or mandates?  Lawyer and Elder law specialist Ann M. Soden will be on hand for a free information session in order to discuss her work at the Elder Law clinic and to answer your questions.  This free event will take place on Friday, November 24th from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the New Hope Senior Citizens’ Centre, 6225 Godfrey Ave., N.D.G.

The ACW of St. Lawrence Anglican Church will be hosting their annual Christmas Tea & Fun Bingo on Saturday, November 25th at 1:00pm. There is an entry fee of $5.00. For more information, please call the church at 514-366-4652.

CHRISTMAS FAIR - FATHER DOWD HOME .... will be held at the Home, 6565 Hudson Road, Cote  des Neiges (behind Kent Park) on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH, from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Bake Table, Knitted Goods, Christmas Table, 50/50, Books, Toys, Jewelry, White Elephant and a Tea Room with all homemade sandwiches and desserts.  Hope to see many of you there.  ALL proceeds towards the purchase of Christmas presents for all the residents.

Holy Cross Parish at 1960 Jolicoeur St., Montreal, QC is holding a concert on Sunday November 26, 2017 from 7pm to 9pm in the church . The well-known Montreal tenor Perry Canestrari will perform a variety of favorite songs and show tunes, followed by a wine and cheese in our Sheila Roach Hall. Tickets are $20.00 each to be purchased by November 23, 2017 by calling 514-769-2717. No tickets will be sold at the door.

 November 30: Public Lecture by Dr. Reginald W. Bibby
Sponsored by the ESCC and the OEPS, noted sociologist of religion Reginald Bibby will deliver a public lecture entitled, Being Pro-Religious, Low Religious, and No Religious in Montreal: A Mirror of Canada & the World.  This event will take place on Thursday, November 30th at 7:00 p.m.  A wine & cheese reception will follow the lecture.  There will also be an opportunity to purchase signed copies of Dr. Bibby’s books, including Canada’s Catholics.  Join us on the 30th at Loyola High School, 2477 West Broadway, Montreal.
