What is Alpha?
Alpha is new at St. John Brebeuf parish, but there’s nothing new about Alpha. Over 29 million people around the world have done Alpha through thousands of churches like ours.
Alpha is about exploring the big questions in life in a safe, welcoming environment. No matter where you are on faith journey, you are welcome at Alpha. Whether you’re looking to get started, dive deeper, or just tired of going through the motions, come talk about it…with a bunch of people who might just be feeling the same way.

The Alpha talks are designed to engage people from all walks of life and inspire conversation. They explore the big issues of life and faith and unpack the basics of Christian belief, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”
Discuss
The discussion time is an opportunity for people to respond to the talk, hear from others, and contribute their own perspective in an honest, friendly, and open environment.
